Paradis Pacifique is a three storey walkup apartment complex in the heart of Cotton Tree, located a block away from the ocean, 200 metres from the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club. Once you have arrived and parked your vehicle, you will not require it again, as everything is in walking distance - shops, restaurants, the beach. We are only ten minutes away from the Sunshine Coast Airport, and shuttle services do door-to-door transfers cheaply and safely, from both Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Airports.

For your added security and to ensure a pleasant stay, there is on site management and a security patrol throughout the night. We are in walking distance of the patrolled beach, the river, the bowls club, surf club, Sunday flea markets, public swimming pool, tennis facility and library. You can walk to just about any different type of restaurant you can think of. Thai across the road, Indian down the street, Italian in the next block, steak house, Chinese, Sizzlers, and all the fast food outlets including Pizza, KFC, McDonalds, Red Rooster, and Hungry Jacks. It is only minutes to Sunshine Plaza, the coast's major shopping centre, and you can catch the great public transport system there if you don't have a car or don't enjoy a pleasant walk along the Maroochydore River. We can organise tours and send you off to amazing attractions like the Eumundi markets, Super Bee, Big Pineapple, Underwater World, the Ginger Factory, Aussie World / Ettamogah Pub and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo.
