About Your Ninderry Manor Hosts
To ensure you enjoy the very best bed and breakfast hospitality that Australia has to offer, your hosts - Miyuki and Aki Kitabatake - attend to the personal needs of just six guests. Miyuki and Aki chose to live in Australia in 1986 after visiting many countries on business and for pleasure - Miyuki has visited 45 countries while Aki has visited 86 countries. They both feel Australia is the best country in which to live specially because people here are amazing, big-hearted and warm.
Each beautifully appointed guest room has everything you need for an indulgent and superlatively comfortable stay. With a choice of two Queen size beds and one King/twin bed, features of each room include decorator furnishings, fluffy bath robes, a large ensuite and your own private patio overlooking the spectacular view. Relax in the guest lounge, work on your tan by the saltwater pool or simply put your feet up in a shady corner of the vine-covered courtyard.

LOCATION:
Ninderry Manor is between Yandina and Coolum Beach. The Bruce Highway brings you to about 7kms from our front door.
From the South:
Take the Coolum Beach/Yandina turn off the Bruce Highway to the left. Turn right and follow the signs to Coolum Beach. You are now on the Yandina-Coolum Beach Road (past a few houses, cross a bridge/river, past a few houses, about 1km). Then turn left into Collins Road (there is a large sign above Collins Road saying Fairhill Nursery). Drive to the end of Collins Road. Turn right into Ninderry Road. The road begins to climb and when you reach the crest, turn left into Elouera Drive (this is the first street on your left - if you miss the turn do not panic as you will go down a road which is a dead end). You will continue to climb up Elouera Drive and Karnu Drive is the first and only street on your right (again if you miss it, Elouera is another no through road). Ninderry Manor is half way down the street on your right, No 12. We have a blue and white picket fence. There is a car park on your right as you enter the gate.
From the North:
Take the Coolum Beach/Yandina turn off the Bruce Highway to the left. Turn left and follow the signs to Coolum Beach, you are now on the Yandina-Coolum Beach Road (then follow the directions as per From the South).
